What kind of wheels are on it? It looks like it’s got the old school mags and big and little tire combo look.

It’s pretty but it’s not a Boss 351. Those were only built in ‘71 and that’s a ‘70.

It said BOSS 351 on the rear lid. It’s got no door handles, and centerline style wheels. I’m just reporting what the car said it was while at the restaurant.
